Every enquiry is screened before we quote: the counterparty, the end user, the end use and the destination, against the applicable restricted-party and dual-use lists.

Construction and material-handling equipment is overwhelmingly civil, but specific configurations — certain telematics, certain engine control units, certain lifting capacities — can fall under export control depending on destination. Where a configuration cannot be delivered compliantly we say so in the quotation, and where an alternative exists we offer it.

• Commercial invoice and packing list issued from the Dubai entity.
• Certificate of origin, legalised where the destination requires it.
• Marine cargo insurance certificate on CIF and above.
• Conformity and certification documents for the destination market.
• Pre-shipment inspection report with photographs, on every unit.
• Manufacturer documentation: operation manual, parts book, declaration of conformity.

We do not pay facilitation payments, and we will not structure an invoice to understate value for customs. Both are common requests in this trade and both are declined without exception — not on principle alone, but because a buyer who accepts an understated invoice inherits the liability at their own border.

Specifications, fleet composition and pricing shared with us are treated as confidential and are not disclosed to other buyers or to manufacturers beyond what an order requires. Enquiry data is retained only as long as commercial and tax record-keeping obligations require.
