The conversation starts with the duty cycle, not with the price list. You get two or three configurations that fit the work — not the one with the best margin.
New machinery only. We do not trade used machines, and we do not offer one against a request for a new one.

A direct contract is not paperwork. It is the factory’s signature under our name — which is why the warranty is the factory’s and the configuration arrives as ordered.
You contract with the company that holds the machine, not with a chain of intermediaries. Terms are set per deal — instalments included, after the buyer has been checked.
Our buyers are holdings, leasing companies and banks. Everything on this page is written to be checked by them, not to be believed.
The machine is checked while it is still ours to check. Configuration, options fitted, function test, paint and plates — recorded before anything is loaded.
A machine checked on arrival is already a dispute. A machine checked before loading is still a job.
Our own routes and chains, our own transhipment hubs, partner warehouse networks and our own customs brokers. Delivery to the site, and past it by agreement.
We do not publish transit times. They are individual, and a number on a page commits nobody — the corridor and the Incoterm in your contract do.
Factory and international warranty, plus our own post-warranty and extended programmes. The service function is ours rather than a subcontractor’s.
We have no service presence in Russia and none is planned. We say so before the contract, not after it.

Parts supply is one of the four things that decide a deal, alongside availability, price and short lead times. It is not an afterthought to a sale.
